By using our online payment portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Authorization

By providing your credit card or electronic payment information, you authorize Omni Studios Inc. to charge the specified amount for the settlement of your outstanding invoice(s). All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2. Service Fees & Surcharges

To maintain competitive pricing for our professional services, payments made via credit card are subject to the following:

• Invoices under $2,500: No additional service fee applies.

• Invoices over $2,500: A non-refundable 2.5% service fee will be applied to the total transaction amount to cover merchant processing costs.

• Alternative Options: To avoid this fee on larger balances, we encourage payment via E-Transfer by Cheque.

3. Payment Processing & Security

We utilize secure, PCI-compliant third-party processors (Square). Omni Studios Inc. does not store your full credit card number on our servers. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and that you have sufficient funds/credit to complete the transaction.

4. Refunds & Credits

Payments made toward valid invoices are generally non-refundable. If a payment was made in error or an overpayment occurred, please contact our billing department within 5 business days to arrange a credit to your account or a reversal, minus any non-recoverable merchant transaction fees.

5. Confirmation of Payment

Upon a successful transaction, a digital receipt will be sent (if requested) to the email address provided. Please retain this for your records. A payment is not considered “received” until the funds have cleared our merchant account.

6. Late Fees & Interest

Online payment does not waive any late payment penalties outlined in any overdue invoces. Invoices remain subject to interest if not paid by the original due date.
